Deletion

1. 日記・コラージュを削除する

本アプリの日記一覧で削除する日記を選び、削除操作と確認を行ってください。iCloud同期が有効な場合は、通信できる状態で同期を完了させてください。他の同期端末にも削除が反映されるため、必要な作品は先に書き出して保存してください。

アプリの削除だけではiCloud上のデータが残る場合があります。iPhone・iPadの「設定」からApple AccountのiCloudストレージ管理を開き、本アプリのデータが表示される場合はそこで削除できます。

2. 書き出したファイル・Instagram投稿を削除する

写真アプリやファイルアプリへ保存した作品は、保存先で別途削除してください。元の写真・動画も本アプリの日記削除では削除されません。Instagramへ共有・投稿した動画はInstagram側で削除してください。本アプリからInstagram投稿を削除することはできません。

3. 分析・購入・フィードバック情報について

関連情報の削除を希望する場合は、アプリ内のフィードバックまたは下記のサポート窓口から、削除したい情報の種類をお知らせください。対象の特定に必要な最小限の情報を追加で確認する場合があります。法令・会計・不正防止などの理由で保持が必要な情報は、削除できない場合があります。

窓口は公開される場合があります。日記本文、写真、パスワード、購入レシートなどの非公開情報を記載しないでください。

アプリや日記を削除してもサブスクリプションは解約されません。解約はAppleのサブスクリプション管理から行ってください。

1. Delete diaries and collages

Select the diary entries you wish to remove in the App’s diary list and confirm deletion. If iCloud sync is enabled, allow synchronization to complete while connected. Deletion can propagate to other synced devices, so export any work you wish to keep first.

Uninstalling the App may leave iCloud data behind. Open your Apple Account’s iCloud storage management in iOS Settings and delete this App’s data there if it is listed.

2. Delete exports and Instagram posts

Delete exports separately in Photos or Files. Deleting a diary does not delete your original photos or videos. Delete content shared or posted to Instagram within Instagram; this App cannot remove Instagram posts.

3. Analytics, purchases, and feedback

Use in-App feedback or the support link below to tell us which type of information you want deleted. We may request the minimum additional information needed to identify a record. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Support submissions may be public. Do not include diary text, photos, passwords, purchase receipts, or other confidential information.

Deleting the App or its diaries does not cancel a subscription. Manage cancellations in Apple’s subscription settings.
