Privacy Policy

1. はじめに

本プライバシーポリシーは、Shota Abe（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOSアプリ「I AM VIDEO」（開発上の名称：CollageDiary。以下「本アプリ」）における 情報の取り扱いを説明します。本アプリを利用することで、本ポリシーの内容を ご確認いただいたものとします。

2. 取り扱う情報

写真、動画、日記データ

本アプリは、コラージュの作成・編集・書き出しのため、ユーザーが選択した 写真、Live Photosおよび動画へアクセスします。これらのメディア処理と日記の編集は、 原則としてユーザーのデバイス上で行われます。開発者の独自サーバーへ写真、動画、 日記本文をアップロードすることはありません。

iCloud同期

iCloudを利用できる場合、日記データはAppleのCloudKitを通じてユーザーの 個人用iCloud領域へ保存・同期されることがあります。この処理はAppleのサービスを 利用し、ユーザーのApple AccountとiCloud設定に基づきます。

利用状況データ

本アプリは品質改善のため、PostHogを利用して、オンボーディングの表示、 日記の初回作成、写真選択画面の表示、写真追加、コラージュ保存、描画機能の利用、 動画トリミング、3D効果の利用、フィードバック送信完了といった限定的な イベントを送信します。送信には匿名または仮名の識別子、アプリ・OS・端末に関する 一般的な技術情報が付随する場合があります。

日記本文、写真、動画、描画内容はPostHogへ送信しません。画面録画、 セッションリプレイ、画面の自動収集、操作要素の自動収集、 アプリライフサイクルの自動収集は無効にしています。

購入情報

サブスクリプションの提供、購入状態の確認および購入の復元のため、 AppleおよびRevenueCatが、匿名のアプリユーザー識別子、商品情報、 購入履歴、レシートまたは購入トークン、アプリ・端末に関する技術情報を 処理する場合があります。開発者が完全なクレジットカード番号を受け取ることはありません。

フィードバック

ユーザーが任意にフィードバックを送信すると、入力した件名と本文、 アプリバージョン、ビルド番号、iOSバージョン、端末モデルおよび言語設定が GitHubへ送信されます。「診断情報を含める」を有効にした場合は、 空き容量、メモリ、温度状態、省電力・バッテリー状態、画面情報、 アクセシビリティ設定、日記件数、iCloudアカウント状態なども送信されます。

3. 利用目的

• コラージュ日記の作成、保存、同期および書き出し
• サブスクリプションの提供、購入確認および復元
• 利用状況の把握、品質・機能・操作性の改善
• 問い合わせ・不具合報告への対応
• 不正利用の防止、セキュリティおよび法令上の義務への対応

4. 外部サービスと情報の共有

開発者は、本アプリの提供に必要な範囲で、次の事業者へ情報を送信または 処理させる場合があります。個人情報を販売せず、第三者広告を表示せず、 広告目的のクロスアプリ追跡を行いません。

5. 保存期間と削除

• 端末内のデータは、ユーザーが削除するか、本アプリを削除するまで保持されます。
• iCloud上のデータは、ユーザーのiCloud設定とAppleの保存方針に従い、 ユーザーが本アプリまたはiCloudストレージから削除するまで保持されます。
• 利用状況、購入およびフィードバックに関する情報は、利用目的、サポート、 不正防止、会計・法令上の義務に必要な期間に限り保持し、不要になった情報は 削除または匿名化します。各事業者が独立して処理する情報には、 その事業者の保存方針が適用されます。

端末内の日記は本アプリから削除できます。iCloud同期はiOSの設定から管理できます。 分析、購入またはフィードバックに関連する情報へのアクセス・訂正・削除を希望する場合は、 下記「お問い合わせ」からご連絡ください。対象を確認するため、購入情報などの 最小限の追加情報をお願いする場合があります。

6. セキュリティと国際移転

開発者は、取り扱う情報を保護するため合理的な技術的・組織的措置を講じます。 外部サービスの利用に伴い、情報がユーザーの居住国外で処理される場合があります。 ただし、インターネット上の送信または電子保存の完全な安全性を保証することはできません。

7. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは、保護者の同意が必要となる年齢の子どもから、開発者が意図的に 個人情報を収集することを目的としていません。該当する情報が送信されたと お考えの場合は、削除対応のためお問い合わせください。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本アプリの機能、利用するサービスまたは法令の変更に応じて、 本ポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、 本ページまたは本アプリ内の適切な方法で通知し、ページ上部の最終更新日を改定します。

9. お問い合わせ

本ポリシー、情報の取り扱い、または削除依頼については、 本アプリ内のフィードバック機能、または CollageDiaryのGitHub Issues から開発者へご連絡ください。公開Issueへ機密情報を書き込まないでください。

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Shota Abe (“Developer”) handles information in the iOS application I AM VIDEO (development name: CollageDiary; the “App”). By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Policy.

2. Information We Handle

Photos, videos, and diary data

The App accesses photos, Live Photos, and videos that you select to create, edit, and export collages. Media processing and diary editing generally take place on your device. The Developer does not upload your photos, videos, or diary text to a server operated by the Developer.

iCloud synchronization

When iCloud is available, diary data may be stored and synchronized in your private iCloud space through Apple CloudKit. This processing is provided by Apple and depends on your Apple Account and iCloud settings.

Usage data

To improve quality, the App uses PostHog to send a limited set of events, including showing onboarding, creating a first diary entry, opening the photo picker, adding a photo, saving a collage, using drawing tools, trimming a video, applying a 3D effect, and successfully submitting feedback. These events may include an anonymous or pseudonymous identifier and general technical information about the App, operating system, and device.

Diary text, photos, videos, and drawings are not sent to PostHog. Automatic screen capture, session replay, automatic screen views, automatic element interactions, and automatic application lifecycle capture are disabled.

Purchase information

Apple and RevenueCat may process an anonymous App User ID, product information, purchase history, receipts or purchase tokens, and App or device technical information to offer subscriptions, verify access, and restore purchases. The Developer does not receive your complete payment card number.

Feedback

If you voluntarily submit feedback, the subject and message you enter, App version, build number, iOS version, device model, and locale are sent to GitHub. If you enable “Include Diagnostics,” the submission also includes information such as free storage, memory, thermal and battery state, screen characteristics, accessibility settings, diary entry count, and iCloud account status.

3. How We Use Information

• To create, store, synchronize, and export collage diaries.
• To provide subscriptions, verify purchases, and restore access.
• To understand usage and improve quality, features, and usability.
• To respond to questions and bug reports.
• To prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Service Providers and Sharing

The Developer may allow the following providers to process information only as needed to provide the App. The Developer does not sell personal information, display third-party advertising, or track you across apps for advertising.

5. Retention, Choices, and Deletion

• On-device data remains until you delete it or remove the App.
• iCloud data is retained according to your iCloud settings and Apple’s policies until you remove it through the App or your iCloud storage.
• Usage, purchase, and feedback information is retained only as long as needed for the stated purposes, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Information independently processed by a provider is subject to that provider’s retention policy.

You can delete diary entries in the App and manage iCloud synchronization in iOS Settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of information related to analytics, purchases, or feedback, contact the Developer below. We may ask for the minimum additional information needed to locate the relevant record.

6. Security and International Processing

The Developer uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. Service providers may process information outside your country of residence. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children who are below the age at which parental consent is required. If you believe such information has been submitted, contact the Developer so it can be deleted.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated when the App, service providers, or applicable law changes. Material changes will be communicated through this page or an appropriate notice in the App, and the “Updated” date above will be revised.
